What We Do
The TTVA is the professional, non-profit body representing the interests of Veterinary Surgeons in Trinidad & Tobago and whose mission is to advance the Veterinary profession.
We aim to establish and maintain high standards of knowledge and skills among our veterinarians, veterinarian assistants and other allied professionals.
We disseminate current theories, protocols and practices in the science, art and ethics of veterinary medicine, public health, animal welfare and conservation.
We promote good relations, mutual understanding & fellowship among members & other persons/organizations connected to veterinary science.
Our Executive is the Administrative body of TTVA. They determine policies and act on behalf of members.

Crime Stoppers is an effective tool in reporting and combating cases of Animal Abuse. It’s safe, effective & anonymous
Depending on what type of animal it is, the TTSPCA may be able to assist by intervening on the animal’s behalf. Reports are confidential.
Trinidad & Tobago Police Service will work to enforce the existing laws for the protection and welfare of animals.
